        Made appointment, counselor called to cancel not more than 12 hours later. Tried to reschedule she would only schedule over text so everytime I tried to accept an appointment it was already taken. I asked for a phone call instead. I was available almost any day or time they had open aside from 3 dr. Appts a week. She said that she felt she should send my referral to another therapist because of my lack of availability!? I have been trying to get an appt for 6 weeks....after reading other encounters it seems I should be released that I was unable to get an appt.
