My children have been seeing Mr. McCadoo for roughly 8 months for numerous reasons. We experienced issues with communication on a regular basis, trouble with scheduling and overall a serious lack of professionalism. It was extremely disappointing to encounter occasions where we wouldn't receive straight forward answers, whether techniques were being implemented to help my children overcome obstacles, or the lack of progress that should be noticeable by now. We also experienced conflicting discussions between Mr. McCadoo and myself and my kids' father at different appointments resulting in miscommunication and a huge breakdown of trust.

Dr Ron is the best, his own life experience is what make him so good in my mind. I highly recommend him for any type of situation that you might be going thru.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ron Fandrick for over 2 years. A wonderful person. He always tries his best to help you. He has many resources that I used and still use when things get tough. He really cares about his patients. A stand up guy. I recommend him to anybody who needs help with there mental health.

I had an appointment with Dr. Ron and when I came in he seemed extremely confused. In the waiting area, he kept staring at me, looking me over. He stared at my boyfriend oddly and kept asking my name. He said like he was surprised, "You're not a highschool student?" After awkwardly telling me it would be fine, he left the office. Ultimately, we left after realizing he scheduled me after hours and the paperwork included odd billing information. When we stepped out of the room he seemed to have been just waiting outside the door. All in all it was unprofessional and creepy. He seemed very thrown off I wasnt a highschool student and confused I had brought someone.
