If I could give the Eastwood Towncenter negative stars I would. I walked into the store this afternoon, I was reluctantly greeted by a sales person who presented herself in a less that professional manner. She was dressed in a tube top (with her dirty purple lace bra clearly exposed), she paired that with some athletic leggings (that did not complimentthe aforementioned tube top), and had on what I can only describe as 5 year old looking NIKE slides. As if this was not enough, I was there to pick out a few bras as they were on sale. I was disappointed to find the bras not sized. It took me 20 minutes to find 2 bras in my size (I am a pretty standard size for a LB customer, but could only find 2 bras in my size and thy were both beige). Then I proceeded to the checkout. I had noticed the woman infront of me in line when I arrived to the store 20 minutes previously. That woman was still in line when I got there. So I waited. And waited. And waited. I waited for another 20 minutes. No acknowledgment. No apology. Nothing. I laid my 2 items down, and went to another store.
I have been a Lane Bryant customer for at least 25 years, and have NEVER witnessed anything like I did today.
Hold yourselves to a higher standard. You have made this brand a higher mid end name. Act accordingly.

Wonderful, helpful clerk! Helped me find comfy clothes for traveling, and even told me of a sale I didn't see - half off! There's a great range of sizes too.

The customer service here is so slow. Incompetent as well. I was told that it was too late to return an item, it turns out it was not, and I got my refund online instead. With another order, I was refunded on the wrong card, which I find very odd - I don't know how the system even allowed that to happen. I suspect that the customer service was understaffed and overworked too . It's no wonder many of these stores are closing down - if this is how it is at other stores.

Friendly staff. Nice place to find in-style things.
