I highly recommend Athletico physical therapy location Lansing MI, these guys especially Jake are the greatest, there kind compassionate and very well trained they got me back on my feet again when I was @ my worse thanks again Jake and your staff...

Overall disappointed with my Athletico experience. Their billing is absolutely unreal for what you receive. I had 5 PT sessions over a month at one hour each roughly. Of those sessions I spent the majority of the time walking backwards on a treadmill alone while the PT worked on his pc in another room. Within the five sessions I think I spent a grand total of 30 minutes actually working with the PT. The rest was either stretching on my own, or working with one of the college students who watched me stretch while they texted on their phones. The problem I have is now that I'm starting to be billed for these sessions. For my five sessions they are wanting over $1200 out of my pocket AFTER insurance. I'm now having to spend hours on the phone with BCBS and Athletico fighting this. Just a friendly heads up for anyone who is considering this office, you will do a lot of self stretching which could be done at home for significantly less money.

I started going here due to hip and back pain.  I had been to other physical therapies previously and I was not super hopeful this would work or help.Dr. Jake is incredible.  He truly listens to understand what's going on, he's just what you need.  Some days that's a drill sergeant to give you a kick in the behind, some days it's a cheerleader, some a coach, some a friend/supporter.  He truly cares about patients and is so accepting of all the diverse people he sees.  You can see his connection in the clinic, not only with yourself, but with others.  I'm on the road to improvement - I'm not 100% yet, but for the first time in 7 years, I see a light at the end of the tunnel.  I appreciate the different approaches (Exercise, Stretching, Cupping, Electric stim, Heat, Massage, Trigger point release, blading) to get the results I need. The clinic is clean, easily accessible, appointment scheduling is easy - overall, I couldn't be happier.
