    Absolutely ridiculous twice now they claim my photos are ready go to pick up, got here and photos not ready even though I put my order in last night, got text message saying my order was ready for pickup. Got here and told me they just printing will be another 20 minutes even after waiting in line. Not to mention the workers are absolutely rude and unprofessional. Older tall lady nasty and rude.

    After receiving a call to come pick up my photos (even though I was told it would be an email and a text, not a call), I arrived and there was no associate to be found. A sign said to ask a tech associate for assistance, and it took forever to track one of them down. Finally, someone came to help, and couldn't locate the photos. He actually tried to give me someone else's pictures several times. He went to get his manager, who refused to believe us, even after playing the voicemail for her. Thirty minutes later, they found the pictures; another associate had put them in the wrong place. Ridiculous waste of time and a whole lot of frustration. I'll go to Meijer next time.

    Got a same day photo calendar, ordered it the night before, got the text saying it is ready the next day. I went in and the older lady worker there was very rude and then said their printer was down so they were backed up. I explained that I had gotten the text, but she claimed "it doesn't matter, printer has been down all day." I left and tried to get a refund online because I did not have time to wait around. Wouldn't let me get a refund because the website also claimed the print was done. I called the store and was left on hold for 12 minutes with no answer so I pulled back up to the store to see what was going on. Thankfully that lady was no where to be found and a nice young man named Patrick was there. He seemed like he might be newer since he was a little nervous and didn't know exactly how some things worked but he was super patient and ended up finding the prints that were finished. The only issue is it was just the prints and it was not binded like a calendar. Patrick didn't know how the binding machine worked so we, along with another random lady in the store, walked through the process with him and we got my calendar binded. I was able to leave happy with my finished project and Patrick learned how to use a machine. Mainly I would like to thank Patrick for helping me out and trying his best to get this done for me. He truly saved the experience and saved this from being a 1 star review. Props to Patrick

    Get your photo orders somewhere else. I first ordered an item from the photo center for Mother's Day, and already it was scheduled to arrive late. On the day I was supposed to get it, I called to see if the order was in and they told me no. After no call the next day, I went in person and they told me again that they didn't have it. An hour or so later, I got the call saying they had it (which was annoying because I was just there) so I went back. The item looked good so I accepted it. About a month later, I ordered another item as a birthday gift. Two days after it was supposed to arrive I got no call, so I called them. After going through five different people trying to "transfer" me to the photo department, I waited for almost 10 minutes before finally hanging up. I am planning on going in again to get this order, but then I will not order from them again. To make things worse, the workers seem very inexperienced and unprofessional, one even throwing around the (fragile) box that my first order was in. Definitely won't waste my time here again on late gifts and careless customer service.
