They are very on top of things for the most part, and they try their best!only complaint is how one of the Residents Aides handled her brief needing to be changed! She screamed it so everyone could hear which made the resident feel very embarrassed,and uncomfortable! As I am an Ra myself I would never do that to a resident, and honestly no resident should have to feel that way! As an RA myself I would never do that to a resident!

Is this most disturbing place to keep anyone u love . My mother in law has fallen 25 times there broken ribs fractured hip and no dr appt for weeks after until I complained so much I called DHHS and made complaints on elderly abuse only then was my mother seen by a dr . We had to transfer her to a different long term care facility
