Great experience renting an auto transport trailer at this location. Even though they seemed short staffed, the person running the counter and setting up the trailer was very professional and friendly despite the multiple customers they were helping at the same time. I'd recommend them if you are needing a trailer for hauling vehicles or other things. I'd imagine renting a moving truck would also be a good experience.

I've had some things in storage for almost a year now. It's impossible to get anyone on the phone to settle a bill or ask a question and when you get sent to central there's no option for making a payment! You wanna charge a late fee when I've been calling and calling and calling but no one answers the damn phone! Ever! Hire someone literally just to answer the phone! Customers are exasperated over this!

Cody and Jesse are very thorough with their directions and we appreciate their friendly nature. Its been great having everything work out as planned each of the 4 times weve rented trucks here in the last two months.

Stopped for propane. Great service. Cory, the manager assisted me. Profusely apologetic for our longer than normal wait time. Doorbell requesting service malfunctions...apparently. Don't trust the bell!
