Unprofessional staff answering the phone. The woman kept talking over me instead of letting me fully explain why I was calling. I repeatedly tried to tell her I was calling on behalf of a client in jail and she said first that they need a release, which makes sense, I tried to ask if they have their own release or if our office release would work and eventually when she stopped talking over me, she said they have their own release but she doesn't have access to it. I asked what time they open on Monday and she said 6 am and then asked me the client's name, I barely got the last name out of my mouth when of course, she talked right over me "said I already got him. I already got him" and then hung up the phone. Terrible terrible customer service from a place that is supposed to provide assistance to the public.
