I relocated here several months ago and wanted to get CPAP supplies. I had a provider prescription from my new provider. Ill just say, I had to drive there 3 x with items they requested including the original sleep study with diagnostic infowhich I got fro Air Oxygen in another city and, who were immediately on italready provided! I stated, this should not be this complicated! Just now, I realize, they DID NOT provide a copy of their privacy practices. With the non-chaplaint staffing, Im afraid I dont know who has access to my medical information. Im going to phone but please beware and ask for a copy of their practices!!

I always need to take a few deep breaths before walking through their door. Although I've had a few good experiences there, mostly they've been bad to awful. Staff seems indifferent or poorly informed, or both. Recently I went to pick up something and it took more than an hour to get a pull-off-the-self item. The guy providing the service talked almost incessantly about a hard time he was having in his life, and I was late getting back to work. I also can't understand why they don't have evening or weekend hours so those of us with full-time weekday jobs can go outside of our work hours.

No customer service, calls not returned, orders from doctor office not processed timely.

A prescription for DME sat with them for a month. They didn't return phone calls or emails. Sparrow Medical Supply is totally incompetent. They need to close or get new management
