I have complained to this office about the phones not working every month when I try to get my prescription refilled. They tell me that they have already told IT it needs to be fixed. This has been going on for 6 months. I dont know how any patients are able to go here when they cant even get through to the receptionist. Every time I call, I try every one of the selections possible and they all just play the opening recording again. Every month my prescription lapses because communication is so horrible with the office. The nurse is only in two days a week, and doesnt tell patients when shes filled prescriptions. On top of that, when I asked for a higher dose of my medication (which I was originally offered, but declined) she started looking up doses for children to tell me what dose I should be started on. Im a 30 year old woman at 155 lbs. Then after getting my blood work done and going over the results at a follow up appointment, I get a call months later that they never received my blood work. How can that be when we literally went over it? The receptionists are kind and so is the PCP but the nurse practitioner is unprofessional I wouldnt recommend this drs office to anyone considering how much of a nightmare it has been to get medicated and stay medicated monthly. If you want to feel stigmatized for being on a low dose of a controlled substance, go for it.
