I would so like to give a negative 5 review if I could n.p. Amanda Johnson is a terrible person I ran out of prescriptions for my blood pressure and she refused to authorize any refills until I have had an appointment with her I understand that I have to see my primary regularly but to deny me refills is uncompassionate the best way to deal with the situation would have been to give me one refill and set up an appointment and if I didn't then don't give me any more refills I just hope I don't have a stroke waiting on my pills I will be seeking another primary doctor very soon don't go to this doctor

Nurse Practitioner Amanda Duarte lied to me during my last visit. She said that she would rather fall on hard tiling than carpeting with thick padding. That was a bald-faced lie and she knew it. I wouldn't let my DOG be treated by that woman. What a sorry excuse for a health care professional!

Dr Duarte showed minimal concern other than take these pills and get out. They didnt listen to me much and just slapped whatever diagnosis they wanted to with a (not specified) tag. Then after having adverse effects from medication they prescribed the nurse was talking over me constantly not believing I was having poor side effects from the medication.

If I could give zero stars I would. Ive been on an antidepressant for years and couldnt get it refilled, not even enough to get me through until my next appointment. I have to see the doctor first, fine, ok, but I cant just stop taking it. The med Im on isnt Xanax or anything that can really be abused either. Im going through serious withdrawal symptoms and will end up in the hospital, to which they replied ok have a good day. I dont know if they know that the risk of self harm is increased with withdrawal but they dont seem to care. So very irresponsible to let people possibly hurt themselves, or others, because they cant help you for two weeks. Im surprised they havent been sued.
