They mapped out the whole process, informed us of possible pitfalls and helped us every step of the way. Zoe, the office manager was phenomenal and always cheerful. Everyone was professional and respectful. My wife and I had our own wills POA's done. Highly recommend. Don't do this alone. You will be very happy you sought help from Sara, Jack and Zoe.
