      image We hired the Plant Professionals to do a major clean up at my home. The work was supposed to be completed in two phases, with an estimate and contract provided for the first phase only. The team completed and charged me for both phases. Also, a large healthy hemlock was removed when we explicitly asked for it not to be touched in our contract. I reached out about these concerns several times, but did not hear back. I was hoping that this would be a long term relationship, but communication with the team was not good after the initial consult and the work didn't reflect what we agreed on.
