Customer service was the best. After doing substantial searching, with no luck, I was able to get exactly what I wanted, continued updates, and quick delivery. After no return phone calls from another shop that was recommended, I made the contact with The Kitchen Shop and was extremely pleased with every aspect and the customer service you don't find much of nowadays. Thank you!!

Stay away from these guys. They make mistakes which cost you money, don't acknowledge their mistakes and don't respond to your complaints. I'm going to make sure all of my friends and aquantices are aware.

I had a great experience working with the Kitchen Shoppe. Sara was friendly, understanding, and quick to answer all of my questions. I found the products and prices to be very competitive and they offered a one stop shop for my kitchen remodel. I would highly recommend working with them on a kitchen project.

Horrible experience. Paid a designer to come in and measure and order appliances for us. We were clear that we wanted a countertop depth fridge. 6 months later when they were finally being installed, NONE of the new appliances fit in the spaces that they measured them for. We had to go without appliances for 3 WEEKS while we waited for them to return, and cut cabinets and countertop out in order to make the new appliances fit. In the meantime, my husband missed multiple days of work, as they kept canceling at the last minute and rescheduling. 3 weeks later they finally got everything put in (our fridge was still 3 inches past the countertop depth) and still expected us to pay full price for the installation and designer fee which went so horribly wrong.
