        I bought a temporary sim card for the US before coming over to the states and it didn't work. I visited two shops to get a new one and neither had staff who knew their stuff. The first said that T-Mobile can't hook me up with a temporary SIM. The second, a different company, said my phone was locked to T-Mobile (it wasn't - it just currently had the faulty T-Mobile Sim Card in it). I was at my wits' end when I came to this T-Mobile shop. I wish I could remember the associate's name, but he explained how the other guys were wrong, and got my issue resolved quickly. I was in and out in 10 minutes.

        I had to pay my tmobile home internet bill & Tyronne helped me was very professional and courteous ,very nice. He brought the tablet to me as I was sitting down due to having a lower leg amputation. Great service Great employee 5 star experience !
