Kyle and his team are excellent and wonderful. The service I get from them puts the Ritz Carlton to shame!!! I got into an accident on a Friday evening (after hours) and left Kyle a message (instead of calling the Call Center - DUH moment on my part) and he responded almost immediately! Chelsea (the Office Manager) responds to messages the very first opportunity she gets. I sent them an email on Sunday night and by 08:09 hrs Monday, the documents were in my inbox. She also helped my daughter set up her renter's and vehicle insurances when she moved out. The service and care was excellent. When a glass replacement became challenging, Kyle and Lorrie stepped in to resolve it and I received compensation very expediently. I have had several other agents before and when my wife first suggested Kyle, I was hesitant because he is about 140 miles away. Kyle made the drive to see us to identify our needs! He also helped lower our insurance costs and made it really affordable. You can feel the care this team has for their clients. They are very professional and cordial. Apart from Kyle, I have not met them personally and yet, they treat me like a friend and advocate for me. I HIGHLY recommend Kyle and his team, staking my reputation on this team!

We are so pleased that we switched to Farm Bureau with the Kyle Frizzell Agency! We received a mailing from Kyle regarding how much he could save us.decided to give him a call. Kaylee has been a dream to work with & she continues to be helpful to us electronically challenged senior citizens when we need a little help! We just cannot say enough good things about this business..and are also saving a lot of money too! Give them a call.you wont be disappointed.
