Could not have asked for a better place for my aunt. So thankful that it was recommended for her. Considerate and caring staff. She was kept comfortable and bathed.

If I could give a million stars, I'd still be clicking. The entire staff here is absolutely phenomenal. A doctor that will actually take time when it isn't scheduled to come and talk with concerned family and patient. Therapists and social workers who explain things and guide you through the hospice process. Nurses and techs who gently care for not only the patient, but the family members as well. Our mother passed after a week of being in Hospice house, after being hospitalized in multiple hospitals for 5 months and she had the best care that she ever had. They gave us a glimpse of the "mom" we hadn't seen. We are from 3 hours south of Sparrow and I would rather make the commute than utilize care around here.

My 97 year old grandmother passed here over the weekend and my family could not be more thankful for the care provided. She was so incredibly peaceful and comfortable, they bathed her every day, and for us, as weve never had a hospice experience before, the staff was so helpful in explaining every single step of the process. After a few stressful days in the hospital, words cant explain how much better our experience with hospice was. I will never forget the quality of care these angels provided my grandmother in her last week of life.

DO NOT send your love one here! Take them home where they can spend their last days with some dignity. From walking and talking to dead in less than 24. Sedated around the clock from within hours of arrival and hadn't needed sedation at the hospital prior. Take them home...this is the most dark, depressing, dated place with staff who only wants to see them "comfortable" (sedated). I am also a Sparrow employee so that should speak volumes.
