I utilize BrightStar Care's services once per week to help me run errands and keep organized around the house. I have always felt very comfortable and safe with all of my aides and I really look forward to them coming to help me each week. I also enjoy the conversations that we have and BrightStar Care has become a big part of my life. I would recommend BrightStar to anyone looking for companionship or help around the home even if they don't need any personal care.

BrightStar Care provides excellent home care services to clients around the Greater Lansing Area. As a nurse in the hospital I, and many of my colleagues, have referred our patients to them with great success once they discharge home. They are very timely in their responses to our calls/emails and have always been very professional to deal with. I would recommend BrightStar Care of East Lansing to other families looking for additional assistance in the home for their loved ones.

Quality of care is actually 5 stars, however I preferred regular contact from front-line staff, or a supervisor of front-line staff, about how my loved one was doing. This is important so I could answer any questions they had and give guidance when needed. There was much flexibility in their care, which we liked. Thank you.
