I really appreciate the attention to details from getting the order correct the first time, to giving me timeframes, and the workmanship of your installers making the end result beautiful. Even the store personnel were efficient sending me requested info on care of my luxury vinyl floor!

BJ, Ron and his staff are phenomenal at what they do. They always offer quality products with great service that they stand behind. For flooring, there is nowhere else in lansing I would rather go go. They can answer any questions and you'll get the job done properly always. There's a reason they've been doing this for 30 years!

I had a great experience starting with Chelsea and Mekisha in the showroom, with BJ measuring and providing a quote (and answering lots of questions) and with Ford and Andrew installing. I love the way it turned out. They were respectful with my furniture, walls and floors and did a great job with the install. I will definitely use them again for my next project!
