Burger King

HORRIBLE customer service today. Before calling this location I checked online for allergen information, I have a small child with severe allergies. The information online was dated at 2017, so I called this location to speak to an employee asking about the couple of items I was curious about as far as allergens. I heard people yelling in the background tell them to check online! Why are they asking? Etc etcthe lady I spoke to was not professional sounding to start with and had no clue about the allergens in their menu. I could hear people in the background not sure and heard them continue to yell to tell me to check online. I went to this location, ordered and then spoke to the employee at the window. I let her know I too work in customer service, am a store manager and employees should be educated on allergens in their menu items as well as have it posted somewhere for them to have access to. This is literally the ONLY establishment Ive ever encountered that has no clues about their menu allergens, because I check with employees often for my child. They definitely need to be educated more!

Went thru drive thru and ordered two sausage biscuits and nothing else. Nobody in drive thru. After leaving I found out I got two sausage croissants. This week I stopped in and ordered a Whopper meal. After getting my meal I found I ended up with Two Chicken sandwich's. Returned and finally got my Whopper meal. The two tomato slices on the sandwich were green and hard. I took them off and ate the sandwich as a line had formed and for whatever reason this store seems to be slow for counter service. Prior to leaving I did show the cashier the tomatoes before throwing them away. She did ask if I ate the sandwich and I said yes after taking off the tomatoes. I think she ask if I wanted another sandwich and I said no as we were leaving. I have had more issues than normal particularly at this store over the last year or so. I guess I am just a glutton for punishment.

This place is horrible, I ordered 2 wraps and the wraps were soggy, leaking oil and it looked horrible I threw them away, customer service is horrible and had an attitude and the place is dirty. I will never go back to this Burger King ever again. I suggest nobody goes there. Save your money
