Alexis has been by my side physically and spiritually this past year during a time in my life when I needed her the most. She has helped walk me through my mothers passing last year, and then the diagnosis of bone cancer with my brother 6 months later. She has been my guardian angel in so many ways; professionally and personally. I would recommend Lotus Life Wellness for anyone looking for direction physically, spiritually or mentally.

Was patiently waiting/searching to finally find a therapist/life coach that would move our family forward quickly. We found that in Alexis. She understands where you are and starts you moving forward on the first visit giving you tools and specific ways to change your life. She also values/understands the support you need from family and how all members need to understand the plan to successfully move forward as well. Her innate connection to people puts her in a category of her own. You feel heard, are given hope, and most importantly leave her sessions with motivation and tools and empowerment to move forward!
