Note: They had our first review deleted off Google - the nerve! We had a terrible experience with Allegra and I cant believe they would do something like delete my review of them.

Was bait-and-switched on proof pricing, and the response from the Allegra team was very negative. I liked the print job, but we ultimately went with a different printer. When we went to go pay for the proof, the price had increased over $50 from what was previously agreed upon.
I understand that a lot of work went into the proof. But we would never have agreed on a full proof if we knew it would cost over $50 above what we were initially quoted at. They didnt even have the decency of calling us to let us know it would be above the original quoted price, they just tried charging us.
Very unprofessional, do not recommend. There are plenty of less sketchy shops in the Lansing area that can provide quality, cost-effective printing.

Excellent service, prompt response from quote to delivery. Printing quality was outstanding and pricing competitive. Super easy to work with. Great to have the brochures printed locally.
