I would give 5 stars if I receive my order. I've ordered two shirts a few months before and remember it took over a month to receive the items. They were shipping separately & only received a shipment notification for the one item. Then the second item appeared a cpl weeks later without a notification. I thought that was strange, but since I was happy with the items, I didn't bother mentioning it to anyone at LAL. I ordered one tee shirt 6 weeks ago (that's not one of their "premier" items). I still have not received a shipment notification & the site doesn't show it was shipped yet. I emailed LAL two wks after my order- had no response. Emailed 4 wks after the order & a rep responded saying they'd look into it. I emailed back asking for an update & Jeff the co-owner responded letting me know they would look into it & see that it ships by the next upcoming week & he would let me know once it does. That upcoming week came & went with no notification or package. I emailed again on Fri & it's Tues now (6 wks after I placed the order) & have not received a response or package! I love the products & I want to support the company but they are making it truly hard! What's even more upsetting is besides this order with the single shirt, I also placed an order of almost $300 worth of items about a week after I ordered this missing shirt & I'm really worried that I won't receive anything from either of these orders. There's no phone number to call- only the email address that I've messaged. I just want my order(s). I wish the service wasn't this poor!!
