Needed carpet for one room in a pinch and walked into Maloney Carpet. Was greeted by Suzanne who completely understood, took me to their warehouse full of inventory, and made this all happen in a time crunch. Thank you Suzanne! Installers (Elwin and Blake) were professional and excellent too! So, with plans for a larger flooring project in the near future, I'm going to stay the course with Maloney Carpet. I would highly recommend them as they went out of their way to please us!!

I had high hopes (and paid a lot of $$$ for a small space), but was disappointed in the end. The crew assigned to my house had non-stop complaints about things. Yes, my house is on the older side, but a lot of homes are. Many of the doorway transition pieces were cut too short leaving gaps. I didn't notice the biggest gap right away because that door is closed at times. Seriously, the gap is about 3.5" x 1.25" and at the back of the doorway. I don't feel like I can call them about it because I didn't notice it for months. The rest of the floor looks nice. Also, they used my bathroom (understandably, if needed) and left "drips" on the floor-----gross. You're adults and in someone else's home so please clean up after yourselves.
