        We had Rob and Alex come and they were both very professional and did an amazing job on our duct cleaning and sanitizing! We will definitely call them again in the future!!

        We hired them to first inspect our air ducts because we suspected a blockage and then to clean the ducts if they could identify the blockage. They said they would be able to scope out the ducts to perform the inspection. Unfortunately, when they came out, their "inspection" was sticking their phone into our air ducts a foot as far as they could reach and taking a picture. They were unable to find any blockages with this method and determined that the vents must not be blocked off at all. They then left, thankfully without charging us. We later purchased our own camera scope online for about $30 and were able to quickly find the blockage that Modernistic couldn't find. I'm surprised that they didn't have a scope themselves. I'm sure that they would have done a good job at cleaning the vents, but I was disappointed by their "inspection" and insistence that the vents were not blocked. Service: HVAC duct & vent cleaning

        Big shout out to Travis - was a pleasure to meet him & did a wonderful job on the pet stained, pet smelly carpet. Not only do the two rooms look spectacular, but they are like walking into a refreshing (environmentally safe) restful place again theres no place like home, so happy to come home now!         NOT HAPPY Scheduled our appointment 2 weeks ago and took the day off. Was told they would be here between 8 and 6 and never called to give us a time. I finally called after not hearing anything and was told it would be between 3pm and 6. At 3:20 I was called and told it would be another 3 1/2 hours and would be 7 or 8pm before anyone would be out to my house. Very unprofessional
