      Joe, you were contacted multiple times. There is a reason we ask for your contact information when making appointments. You were text and emailed even called and no response from you. Even now I call and I get your vm clearly stating I have the right number. I have been under the weather and asked you to please allow me another day. Not sure what else I can do but contact you multiple times which I did. Sorry you don’t check or respond to messages.
