The mechanics at B's Randall were very helpful, honest and went out of their way to explain to me the issues with my car. They are fairly priced and work fast. I highly recommend this business.

1/3/23 I couldn't have asked for a more honest, timely, caring, fair priced business then these guys. Daughter's car broke down and we live out of town, looked up reviews in the area and stumbled upon B's Randall Auto Service. My daughter's ford focus was fixed in less than 24 hours and with the student discount they applied came in almost $50 less than the already fair quote. I would recommend these guys to anyone especially to parents who have students living in the East Lansing area. I might even make the 45 min drive to have them fix my own vehicle in the future. This personal self-owned business is the type that is hard to find these days. Many thanks for helping my daughter in the process. Darrell Plummer
