U do what ur suppose 2 do & this place is a LIFESAVER!! They will let u earn take outs so ur not having 2 b there everyday, have some decent counselors so def can b a life changing place but u have 2 want it also=}

Terrible receptionist especially Lisa. I had all forms filled out and in a timely manner that met all requirements. First they said my social was wrong because they have never seen a social start with a 0 well thats how it is in the good old state of Connecticut plus I had my card in hand so for them to question it is beyond my thoughts. Next they claimed they had to varsity with my clinic that I didnt dose which is protocol so I understand that part. What I dont understand is how after waiting 45 min to get verified nothing had happened and they said they were still working on it. All while Lisa was scrolling through her instagram and laughing with other co workers. I asked what was taking so long and they said its a process I decided to take things into my own hand call the clinic talk to the nurse and verify I had not dosesthis took all of 2 min. My nurse then called them and was able to tell them I had not doses and that they had never reached out to my clinic for verification. I do recommend methadone and or suboxone or vivitrilhowever I would stay miles and miles away from this clinic as it jus seems like their receptionist are adults still living in their high school years with how addicted they are to social media and gossip. I wish I could give 0 stars because thats all they deserve. Good luck if you ever have to experience this clinic I feel sorry for you in advance

If you actually want help in getting and staying off of illicit drugs then this is the perfect place to help do that. They are very professional and caringfrom the nurses to the receptionist. Doctor Warren is the only doctor there that I have any experience with but she is absolutely wonderful and kind. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for help in their journey of living a life without drugs. I have been on methadone, suboxone, and vivitrol at this clinic so it definitely isnt just a methadone clinic. There are options is all I am trying to point out. I going on 20 months clean and I couldnt have done it without the victory clinic. I know that this is all very personal but I also know that it has saved my life so I find it more important to share the message of hope and even if it helps just one person to make the choice to try it out then so be it.
