I started seeing rachel last spring after my diagnosis with psoriatic arthritis and she helped me with the pain so much! Last week I had what they think is a pinched nerve in my neck. Rachel got me in the same day for cupping and acupuncture and let me tell you, I couldnt even work for a full week and today Im back to work much more mobility and significantly less pain. I would highly recommend her.

Rachel is AMAZING! She is extremely knowledgeable in what she does. We have invited her in for multiple workshops for Ayurveda at our business but have also worked with her one on one with acupuncture & postpartum services. Having her help & support with meals during postpartum of my third child was a game changer. My body felt so nourished & had energy. I cannot recommend her enough!

Under Rachel's careful direction, my acute health issues have completely resolved. Rachel not only helped me to do this, she also taught me the foundations for tapping into self care and finding ways to manage stress effectively.

Rachel has been so wonderful to have as a guest teacher for our teacher trainings, and she has been so helpful to me as a personal resource. I had my first experience with acupuncture with Rachel and it was great! She really cares about your overall health and well-being. I went with a tight low back and left feeling so much better! Cant wait to go again.
