We were directed to Smart Business Solutions LLC from our project management software, as they have a contract in place with them to assist people with syncing the program with QuickBooks.
After our first initial meeting with them, which was rushed and we were hardly given the opportunity to share our questions, we spent several weeks reaching back out to set up further training and get assistance. Our emails have gone unanswered.
We tried reaching out to our software to ask if they had any other recommendations for someone to help and they only give out SBS LLC's info, so we are stuck waiting.
This has been a frustrating process with no clear step forward.
