        I called over a year ago to shut down my account, the person who I was speaking to told me everything was all set and closed down, now over a year later I get a call from a collection agency saying I owe money, they never once tried to get ahold of me saying they made a mistake, so I called and talked to Reed, said I dont feel like I should have to pay since its one of his employees fault and he said he could get it lowered a little bit but thats it. This is why my family and I will never ever go through this place again. DO NOT RECOMMEND COMMUNITY FIRST AND NEVER WILL.
