Smells like rancid grease inside the store and twice now my biscuits have been burned.

Excellent service and Friendly Team. Too often people forget to share the good experience, as we are always wrapped up in what didn't go our way. So... I just want to say The Team at McDonalds in Lakeview deserves a hand. Thank you for having excellent customer service skills!!

Went for breakfast and asked to substitute one thing for another and was told it "wasn't in the system" I've worked for McDonald's I know it's possible. Also ordered no egg on my sandwich due to an allergy and got eggs anyways. Was rushed through the line even though they were not busy and wasn't given the other two things I wanted to order.

I was just at McDonalds, we live 10 minutes away and waited almost an hour because the order was repeatedly messed up. I will never go back inside of a McDonalds. We had the order ready on my app on my phone and read it to the lady verily slow and she still messed it up. On the app the order said $27 something and it came up to almost $40. How does that happen???

It's a great restaurant has never messed up an order of mine other than once in four years of living here and they replaced him fix the order for free great team of people
