Before I was a customer, I was severely overweight. After a couple of months on the program, I lost over 38 pounds. I wasn't hungry at all. I can fit all the clothes that I was going to have to replace. I am a happy camper. The pictures in order show my starting weight and progress from 2018 to 2020. The last picture is of me in a suit that I haven't been able to fit for over 3 years.

Update! I am at 32 weeks and 76 pounds! I am now a size 34 pant, and I am no longer considered obese. I have yet to be hungry. My energy levels are still high. This program is incredible. I have completed 11 weeks of their program and lost 42 pounds. The results are incredible. I have way more energy than I have ever had before. I am never hungry. I am getting all of these results without even increasing the amount I was exercising before. The coaches are helpful, responding to questions within minutes of asking them. Most incredibly to me is that every other diet I have ever been on, I would lose weight everywhere but my stomach. But my stomach is what is shrinking the fastest! I have already gone from size 40 to 36 pants and an xxlt shirt to an xlt shirt. And when I say I have way more energy, I am not sure I even had this much energy in my teens. I dont even have a honey do list anymore, Ive knocked it out and my wife and I sit down every night to discuss what we can do next. In the past month I have painted and redecorated two rooms my wife had wanted me to paint for 9 years! Totally worth it!!

I did this program back before Covid, so this review has nothing to do with what they're doing now (which looks like mostly an online program). PLEASE consider the program before you sign up. Not only is it incredibly expensive for what it is, they give you a program where you're eating 500-600 calories per day. ANYONE will lose weight by restricting calories that much. They guarantee you'll lose 20 lbs over 40 days. I lost 14 lbs and could not get past that, but did I receive a refund? Absolutely not. I did absolutely everything they told me to do, I followed the program exactly as it was laid out...in addition to the foods they recommend and calories they ask you to cut, I also purchased all the supplements they carry and items like makeup, lotions, face/body wash that doesn't contain oil, etc. because they claim that beauty products that contain oil will be absorbed into your skin and cause weight gain or weight maintenance. After I was finished with the program (which actually ended up being 50 days because I hadn't lost a full 20 lbs), I went onto their "maintenance" program. As soon as I started eating normal food again, my weight went UP UP UP. They tell you to do a "steak day", which consists of not eating anything all day until dinner time, then eating a steak, or an "apple day" where you can eat 5 apples during the day, to get you back on track. I don't care who you are, only eating 500-600 calories per day, or eating one steak or 5 apples in a day is NOT healthy. I also developed somewhat of a binge eating disorder after doing this program because my body was like, give me food! This program does not reset your metabolism and it's pretty much a scam to have you pay a bunch of money up front, then pay even more money for the "supplements" you "need" for the program to work. Save your money and try something like Weight Watchers or even just counting calories with an app. It may not be as quick as Custom, but at least you won't be literally starving yourself and paying over $1500 just to see the weight you lost pile back on once you're done. Like I said, I lost 14 lbs doing the program, and ended up gaining 30 after I got off. I cannot stress this enough...RUN from this program. I never once met with the "doctor" who recommends this, I only met with the ladies who work at the office.

An AMAZING program! Haven't had arthritis pain in over 2 months!!! Am almost back to where I weighed 40 years ago!!! I love the food and supplements! Try it! Sooo reasonable. Come out of this pandemic feeling and looking great!

Very experienced sales person. Program was WAY TOO MUCH MONEY! I will save you 3k, don't eat any carbs and only eat vegetables. The hardest any of them worked was the lady who signed me up. I got a book, a $30 scale and a $10 fit bit and didn't hear from my health coach until I complained 30 days later and I never did see any doctor. This program was a total sham! Let them sue me. I'm not making another payment. No one cares because after I complained. I never heard a peep from anyone. STAY AWAY!
