You could not ask for a more professional group of people. I think half the battle in Traverse City is getting people to call or email you back and Thomas always responded to me, even if it was to let me know that he would call me later. Bar set extremely high for customer service with Bayshore. The crews that came to do the work were at my property were equally as impressive. They arrived when they said they were going to be there and exceptionally professional. They explained what they were going to do, how long it was going to take, and everything I needed to be aware of. They gave me a high level of confidence that I made the right decision to go with Bayshore. Work was done with little evidence they were even at my house. The impact of the actual work they did was felt immediately. The part of the home they serviced was noticeably quieter and the temperature change was actually noticeable. I wish I had more work for this group. Can't say enough complimentary things about them. Don't think twice about working with Thomas and his team at Bayshore. I have no doubt they will exceed your expectations, just as they did mine.

Bayshore insulated a crawl space for me. They gave a fair quote showed up on time and work was professional. I would highly recommend Bayshore!

Professional, responsive, knowledgeable. Very pleased with service and recommendations. Worked very rapidly with quality. Crew was very respectable. Came back after the fact to help me with another issue without question. Whould absolutely recommend and use again
