Disc Traders Kentwood

Very happy with our finds today. We asked the employees if they had any Ghibli films on DVD and they were able to find a small stash of them in the back! Ive been coming to Disc Traders for years and normally have pleasant experiences. This one was less so because the floor was very noticeably un-vacuumed and covered with crumbs, and they didnt have their air-freshener going. Behind the front desk also looked more chaotic than usual, and the DVD selection was subpar. I was looking for Regular Show on DVD and there werent any- nor any recent shows like it except Family Guy I wish they had a better selection of movies altogether. Idk if adding pictures got disabled but I wanted to add pictures of my Ghibli DVDS- theyre all Blu-Ray and really crisp.

Here we are editing again.. so EDIT 2: now seeing the owner put false statements on reviews. I wasnt apologized to or sold the controller ever or by the employee that couldnt take the 10 seconds to look around. Also, leaving the review reply as if I had reviewed it after I had went in the second time for the situation to be remedied. Not the case. Instead of defending against 1* reviews, you should make your business less deserving of them. Original: Was rushed out. Told they didnt have any official PS3 controllers and then corrected them when I saw one on the wall. Sold me a VISIBLY broken game and a game that was just straight up the wrong one. EDIT 1: they took care of me the next day and the other employees were great. Thanks for coming through with the resurfacing and replacements as well as swapping for the correct copy of the game I purchased.
