        This was my first time coming to a Sherwin Williams and I needed guidance. I knew the colors I wanted, but had questions about which sheens would be best suited for our project and so on. The man "helping" me smirked at every question I asked and made me feel silly for not knowing the answers already. I recommend a different location if you need advice.

        Can't match stain to save their life. Took the sample wood that they did to a different Sherwin Williams and the guy there said it looked like a bunch of 5 year Olds did it. The other Sherwin Williams was able to get it matched properly

        Horrible Custom Color Policy!! I asked them if they can match Behr colors. They should have said no, because they CANNOT. I asked for Behr Sultana, a light, ashy purple-grey, and they gave me Barney the Dinosaur Magenta. When I brought the can back, they offered me 50% off a new can. What stops them from giving you green when you ask for blue and shrugging and offering 50%? I will never shop here again. Also $100 for a gallon of paint? Go somewhere else.
