I wish I could leave zero stars. Ive been going here for so long and year after year customer service gets worse and worse. The MAs are consistently SO rude and lack basic skills in kindness or compassion. As a social worker, I can say with all certainty that this staff needs some serious training in how to treat people when theyre sick and vulnerable. I have heard horror stories from friends and family about this office as well.

The top doctor here told me if I didn't get vaccinated, I was going to get COVID and die. Sat me down and asked me a bunch of questions like I was some sort of "anti-vaxxer" because I didn't want to have an untested profit soup rush-job vaccine shot into my body. Now we see cases of myocarditis being linked to COVID vaccination. My point is they are driven by getting money, not caring for you. I had a doctor here realize I was diabetic, not tell me, or give me any of the testing materials or things I needed to know. She mysteriously disappeared after I got sick. Shortly after this I found myself delirious and in excruciating pain. I had already been to the ER and they sent me home. A doctor here said I had a sprained ankle, sent me home with Naproxen. Two days later I contact them saying this is doing nothing and I'm sick. They said go to ortho urgent care or the er, Good Luck. Yeah the dude at the ortho center freaked out at the massive raging infection that had overtaken my foot. Ultimately ending in the amputation of my left foot. Do not trust these people with your well being, they do not care about you past the money you bring in.
