Jeff can be a great therapist when he has the staff to support him when I started going it was easy to ask questions get homework schedule appointments etc then his coworkers left for maternity leave and receptionist left for another job and my appointment reminders stopped everytime I would ask a question he would be talking to several people at once and I couldnt get an answer without speaking up where I was then treated like I was rude he was doing a lot of paperwork with Ike trying to handle multiple patients at once and I dont really feel my care received the attention and care it needed to be beneficial in the long run however if he has staff and everything he is good at what he does

I have been to 10 rounds of PT for my back, always leaving in more pain than I walked in. My dr wanted a repeat CT scan but insurance said I needed PT first. I walked in with a negative attitude, telling everyone I was going to talk my way into an early discharge. Jeff seen right away how negative I felt towards PT and asked me to trust his process. Although I'm not a very trusting person I decided to give him a chance and so far he has proven himself different. I have never walked out of PT pain-free till now...... my son has some back pain from sitting in school all day and Jeff has been helping him too. He's always excited to come in. Your the best Jeff...... (for now )

I had a great experience at Ivy Rehab in Keego Harbor. Jeff and the rest of the team are amazing. Very skilled, attentive, accommodating and most of all they really care about your recovery!
