Creative Brick Paving & Landscape Inc

I have had both our front and backyard brick work and landscaping done by Creative Brick &landscape in the past. I have tried many times to get them to come out to fix areas that need repair and they refuse to respond. I was told that they would do maintenance and repair as a repeat customer but they are not responsive to our requests as promised. Services: Patio design, Backyard landscaping

I would stay clear away from this company unless you want your project to get stalled. John - talks good talk about his 200K plus projects. I was told my project was simple and would take less than 3 weeks with good weather. We had great weather all spring/summer and fall. It took them 1 week to demo the existing set up and after that have dragged their feet. He got a big chunk of money and then blamed his Mexican workers for not showing up. I received most of my money back because he knewing they didnt have leg to stand on but I did waste an enormous about of time.

We are still in the process of getting our backyard redone but so far the time we have spent with this company and Steve Bonamy specifically, we are nothing short of impressed! Steve is professional, efficient, responsive and extremely talented. His vision and guidance is exceptional and greatly appreciated. Our project is almost complete and it is gorgeous! Steve is here every step of the way and the people that work with him are an extension of him. We feel comfortable with the team at our house and are extremely impressed with the efficiency and quality of work!! Waiting on grass, but look at this sanctuary they created! (Before pic has different angle, but you can see they took all of the old away and opened the patio up utilizing all of the space and built a beautiful structure).

We are so happy with our beautiful new backyard landscaping from Stephen at Creative Brick Paving and Landscaping! He came up with a gorgeous plan, full of blooming color and custom-tailored to our yard's special needs. Stephen has a great knowledge base of what plants will work in an area heavily populated with deer, which is invaluable in our area. Our paver patio was also covered in moss and weeds, and it now looks brand new after some power washing and sand placement between the bricks. He also built 3 sets of new brick patio steps that are simply stunning! He is very responsive and works well with timetables, our job was actually done ahead of schedule! His team is incredibly talented and very respectful of your home and grounds. They were all a pleasure to work with, and we will absolutely hire them again for our next project.
