I was a customer of IQuote. Brad was our realtor and loan officer for several transactions-we flipped houses as investors. Not only was Bradley able to efficiently guide us through the process of home inspection and making an offer, but he is also able to procure wholesale mortgage rates as a lender. It makes sense for a lender to be the one to approve your purchase; he is able to assess the houses as you look at them and provide experience for what drives market prices in your area. We were able to be pre-approved and close on the house we wanted in less than a month; this would be unheard of for a bank lender. Over a year later, and we are still very happy with our purchase.
