The owner Jeff was such a kind and honest man to do business with. We were in a hurry to get carpet into our home before our move in date and he was prompt with helping us meet that goal. He drove all the way out to Howell for us and measured and helped us pick out a color that would work best for all the bedrooms we have. He was very thorough with what we were to expect from beginning to end and appreciated that! Price was better then the other places around I had called and got quotes from also! Great family! Good hearts and are very educated in what they do!!!

Was looking for new hardwood in one room and refinish 3 others. Telesco said they do not perform this work. Rep was polite enough but could not offer any suggestions. Guess I will not buy the hardwood I need from them. **updated** Sorry that whomever responded as or on behalf of the owner does not remember the call (do they only have 1 person answering calls and do they have that few calls? Unfortunate they took themselves out of the picture. They were a recommendation.
