Both Jennifer in the office and the tech CJ we were beyond pleased from beginning to end with their service. Jennifer was responsive and answered all of our questions. CJ was prompt, communicated and walked us through the whole process. He was very professional and pleasant to chat with during the time he was here. Very thorough!!! Highly recommend!!!

I would definitely recommend Kalkaska plumbing and heating CJ did a safety inspection on my furnace took his time was very patient with my Questions involved me with all the different steps he was taking to inspect the furnace. I also had him put a new programmable thermostat on which took him maybe five minutes. I will be using them again to replace my furnace CJ knows his stuff and is personable and engaging you wont be disappointed !!

We were very satisfied. We thought that we needed a hot water heater. But thanks to Joe and his keen sense of smell he detected a carbon dioxide leak in our furnace. And now we are getting a new furnace installed and this was all done within 48 thats the kind of service that makes them great. They also offer big electric heaters to use for FREE

My project I feel was finished ahead of time. The work done is fabulous looking. I would highly recommend this company, its employees for future needed work, when the time comes. Very, very satisfied!!!
