        After my family member was diagnosed with breast cancer her doctor recommended I contact Beautifully Unique to get the process started for her prosthetic. I called them and was told someone would return my call. After waiting for another week, I tried again. This time I was informed there was no reason for her to make an appointment as insurance wouldn't cover anything until the week of her surgery, but she could make an appointment to come in and "look around" if she wanted to. I tried to schedule, but was told someone will call you back. Now here we are just 3 days from surgery and no contact from them whatsoever. So, now she will not have a fitted prosthetic. Thank you for nothing. I highly do NOT recommend. **After reading the owner's response let me clarify a couple of things. First, I called repeatedly since July and spoke with someone EVERY TIME. At no point did the people I spoke to ever say that her doctor was wrong when he explained the process to us. I was constantly told "someone will call you back." This isn't miscommunication. This is horrible service. It took leaving this review for anyone to contact me. Yes, I realize things happen, but to fail several times over the course of two months is unacceptable.

        Amazing staff so knowledgeable! I feel like they are family. I cant say enough about them. Wish I would of started here and not tried permanent implants! Thank you Debbie Hnilo and Helena. You are life changers!

      We're sorry about the confusion. As per her insurance we cannot dispense product until time of surgery. We are a very small business and a personal situation came up. I apologize for the miscommunication. Also, the prostetic fitting is done about 6 weeks after the surgery when the patient is healed and the swelling has gone down. We would love to help her and work through our pryor communication issues. Please feel free to email me at info@ beautifullyunique.us**We're sorry you feel this way. Unfortunately all we can do is let you know we are here for your family member in the future. We are the only place in a 60 mile radius and are working hard to help all those in need. Unfortunately we are human and have medical issues as well. Sometimes we might not get across our reasons for how we approach the care that we give. Again we are a very small company and help alot of people on our community, I'm sorry you and your family member feel this way. I did offer to see you before her surgery. The offer still stands. I hope she has a good recovery and am sorry that we didn't communicate better on her situation.
