Patty was absolutely lovely to speak with and highly professional. She took time to go into detail about all aspects of permanent makeup procedure, to fully ensure you had a good understanding of it. I had taken a lot of time and thought into looking for a permanent makeup artist and I highly recommend reaching out to her for any of it. During the eyebrow consultation visit, Patty spent the time necessary to find the color for me, explaining the procedure, the healing process, and the importance of the follow up. Being a bit nervous as she began the actual procedure, Patty immediately put me at ease, a very calming confident artist. As she worked we chatted, distracting me from the very mild discomfort that I was so very worried about. A couple hours later it was all over. I am so pleased with my new eyebrows, they look great.
