Metzger's Heating and Cooling

Just had my first actual service call from these folks, and I have to say I was very impressed with the technicians composure and his knowledge of our geothermal furnace. He took the time to explain the problem with our furnace (which was supplied by another company, rather than Metzgers) and got us up and running in practically no time. The person I spoke to when reporting our furnace outage and requesting service was very friendly and helpful. She slotted us in to the schedule very quickly and was very sympathetic to our situation Very pleased with these folks! -Chris

Bought a boiler from them earlier this year. They will actually back their warranty if your system needs anything. No extra costs. Great people. Always a good experience from them.

My AC broke on a ninety degree day last month. Phil with Metzgers came out that day and helped me select the new AC to be installed as well as a new thermostat. They came the very next day and began installation of the new unit. Excellent quality (Bryant) and contractors. Very pleasant to work with. Thank You for the excellent service.

I am very pleased with the caliber of the technicians Metzger's sends out as they are very profession and do quality work. Sam came out this morning to do a bi-annual checkup and did a great job! He was very thorough and figured out a way to provide our older AC unit with greater cooling efficiency by adjusting a setting that had somehow been missed by others in the past. While he is one of their newer techs, he went above and beyond the call of duty! I highly recommend Metzger's to anyone looking for quality service.
