These guys are awesome. We experienced heat loss with our Blodgett Mark V over the holiday weekend and put in a call first thing Monday morning to have a tech out. We were told they would have someone out Wednesday and to our surprise, John arrived Tuesday morning, a day earlier than expected. We were so grateful because this is our only commercial convection oven and we were relying on a non-commercial non convection oven in the mean time to get us through. John figured out the issue and made a recommendation for a replacement part and install. We found a replacement part online and installed it ourselves. The replacement part was significantly cheaper than the upgraded part Midwest had recommended and I called and chatted with Marty to make sure we hadn't just shot ourselves in the foot by not going with the upgrade. Marty patiently walked me through the differences between the replacement part and the upgraded part they recommended and helped us determine a long-term game plan given the age and maintenance history of our equipment. Great experience all around! Will definitely use them again in the future!
