        Ghetto merchant! Charges a no cash fee if you swipe your card. So you pay for merchandise, tax, and a no cash fee if you choose to use a debit or credit card. They have been doing it for years. Something should be fine about this. I don't think store outside the downtown area or prodomenatly black neighborhoods charge this fee.
