        I had a blast at Rocket Fizz! My daughter and I were exploring kzoo when we found this gem! An absolute no-skip-spot. When we came it was busy, but this did not seem to phase the staff! One staff member in particular was so kind when my daughter accidentally broke a soda, giving her a sticker when she was crying and showing her some cute things in the store to cheer her up. A wonderful interaction! Above and beyond! I selfishly hope this same staff member will be in the next time we visit!

        The staff was very nice and I was happy to find some unique candy there that you can't find anywhere else. But most of the stuff is overpriced when I can buy it at another store for half the price or less.

      Hi Sara!Thank you for the review and especially thank you for calling out the staff. It's something we spend a lot of energy focusing on...glad to see it pays off!Also glad you were able to enjoy our unique offerings. It's our jam!In regards to our pricing on the more common stuff, we truly are victims of scale. As a small business, we buy our candy one case at a time...whereas a company like Walgreens or a big box store buys it by the pallet, sometimes by the truckload. They can buy better than we can. Hard to compete on those terms. We do our best to be within "striking distance" on the products we brings in...but ultimately we hope to add value by providing a cool experience and an awesome vibe. Like others, we are also facing inflationary pricing where some of our costs on these candies have nearly doubled. Hope to see you soon!
