        We stopped in for lunch with our 7 year old during spring break today and had a great time! Food and drinks were great but the best part was our server/bartender Beacon. She was so kind and personable all while managing the bar and people at tables on her own. Our service was fantastic. Beacon even overheard our daughter be a little bummed that mom at the last bite of her chicken tender (she said she was done!) and brought over a surprise freshly cooked tender. It was the sweetest and funniest little gesture. Its been a while since weve encountered a server so wonderful in Kalamazoo. Beacon is a treasure!
