        Tried depositing cash into the atm and it couldn't read the good bills, only a 20, and this is not the first time this happened! Very inconvenient in this supposedly electronic world, now having to travel to a open PNC bank!!

        Cannot manage to do cash withdrawals with tellers, instead you have to use an ATM. 2 atms were not functional, and 3rd ATM took 2 trys. I hate that large company's are using technology to replace customer service interactions, and it makes for an extremely frustrating customer experience. But hey, I guess good for them to be able to line their pockets a little more. I might switch banks after 8 years with PNC due to this.
